Senior Care Authority™ is a no cost service for families and offers families personalized assistance and guidance through the numerous long-term care options. We have a 3-step process:
1. The Assessment
Rather than just giving you the names and contact numbers of every provider in the area and adding to your stress level, your Senior Care Advisor will complete assessments both on the telephone and in-person. We will then review your loved ones needs based on several important factors and match them with the various options. We know the options, whether independent living, assisted living, memory care or in-home care services we will make the choice that best fits your needs.
2. Residence Visits
After we complete your assessment, we recommend only the highest rated options that meet your geographical, financial and care needs. A Senior Care Advisor will personally escort you to those assisted living options. We will be with you every step of the way and will be your advocate by assisting you with the negotiations and paperwork necessary to make a final decision.
3. Ongoing Support
We will follow up with you and your loved one to ensure everything is going as smoothly as possible and we periodically reassess his or her needs should care levels change. We are always available to answer any questions that you might have.
